Application Process

Saint Joseph Pharmacy Practice Residency Program does participate in the national match.

We require the following to apply to our programs:

Upon application you will be contacted to schedule a formal interview.

Application Deadline is January 17th.

Scramble Process

Please e-mail application materials directly to Ed Sheridan, PharmD at sheridane@sjrmc.com. All e-mailed materials should contain your name in the subject line of the e-mail.

We require the following to be submitted by e-mail to apply to our programs:

  • A formal letter of intent
  • A current curriculum vitae
  • Three letters of recommendation*
  • Transcripts from an ACPE accredited university**

Upon application you will be contacted to schedule a formal interview.

* We realize it may be difficult to get three letters of recommendation quickly. Though we prefer to have all three, we do not require all three letters be received for application. However, we do require all three before the offer of a position.

**We realize it may be difficult to get transcripts in a timely manner. We accept unofficial transcripts. Again, though we prefer to have transcripts with application material, they are not required. However, they are required for an offer of a position.

Thank you and Good Luck
