Salary (adjusted annually)

Vacation

CME

• Five days per year
• $1,500 per year
• In Addition, included in your training are the following:
• Great Lakes Pharmacy Resident Conference
• ASHP Midyear meeting
• Board of Pharmaceutical Specialties exam fee
• One additional pharmacy certification exam fee

Book allowance / Technology

• $350 per year
• PDA and laptop for use during the residency year
• You may use this allowance to purchase PALM software if approved by the computer department

Lab Coats/Scrubs

• Three monogrammed scrubs
• Two monogrammed lab coats

Insurance

• Health and dental available through employee health plans; Family coverage included (at normal employee rate)
• Life insurance at two times annual salary provided free of charge (opportunity to purchase ADL coverage for self and family)
• Malpractice insurance provided free of charge
• Disability insurance provided free of charge
