The new, world-class, $455 million Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center at Edison Lakes will maximize patient safety and operational efficiencies thanks to spirited architecture and perceptive design:
- Multi-story towers will provide 254 in-patient private rooms and baths with a hotel-style ambience.
- A business center will be available for patients and visiting family members.
- Medical departments adjacent to each other will improve flow of care for patients, their physicians and all caregivers.
- Entering and exiting the hospital will be streamlined for patients and visitors.
- Set on 90 acres, the new facility, located less than 10 miles from the current SJRMC campus, will include a park area with ponds and walkways.
Recommendations and opinions of our physicians, nurses and staff were integral to the design of Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center’s new Edison Lakes campus.
The core of the new campus will be a large, two-story diagnostic and treatment center to include:
- The emergency department
- Imaging, diagnostics
- Surgery, cath lab
- Interventional cardiology
- Conferencing areas
